 My name is Steve and I am an Accountant by education, where I started my own company at the age of 27 in my home country of Belgium. After three years of hard work I established a well known Distribution/Wholesale firm and we sold our own products to over 350 retailers all across Belgium, The Netherlands, and Luxemburg. At our peak, I trained and managed a highly qualified and well respected staff of over 10 individuals.

Because of this experience, I consider myself an expert in Sales and Marketing. In 2006 I sold my company and moved with my family to California which had always been our dream. “My wife attended Stanford University in CA and after my first visit here, I was hooked. The natural beauty, perfect weather, and diversity of Californians is unlike anywhere I had ever been.”

Shortly after arriving in the United States, I obtained my real estate license noticing that were was a large void of professionals in the real estate industry in Southern California. Although this was a challenging time to get into the business, I knew that my expertise in research and attention to detail would immediately set me apart from the majority of Realtors.

Showing you properties is no art, but negotiating on your client's behalf to get you the right deal...that's my specialty! Promoting what I do is my daily business, getting you under contract is my job. 

I love working locally but I have closed transactions successfully all over San DiegoCounty, even in Hemet! Besides English, I speak Dutch and French.
